I’m Naghi, The Founder and The Sports Massage Therapist at Move Well Sports Massage Therapy
I’ve spent many years working in fitness, boxing and strength training, helping people become stronger, fitter and more confident in the way they move. That experience eventually led me into sports massage therapy because I wanted to understand more about movement, recovery and how the body responds to training and everyday physical demands.
